비앤지 영어학원에 오신 것을 환영합니다.

저희 비앤지는 영어를 단순히 시험을 위한 과목으로만 가르치기보다, 학생들이 영어를 통해 생각하고, 이해하고, 자신의 생각을 논리적으로 표현할 수 있는 힘을 기르는 것을 중요하게 생각합니다.

영어 학습에는 탄탄한 어휘와 문법, 정확한 독해와 쓰기의 기본기가 반드시 필요합니다. 하지만 책의 내용을 외우고 문제의 정답을 찾는 것만으로 영어 학습이 완성되는 것은 아닙니다.

학생이 배운 내용을 제대로 이해하고, 새로운 내용과 연결하여 생각해 보고, “나는 어떻게 생각하는가?”, “왜 그렇게 생각하는가?”를 자신만의 언어로 설명할 수 있을 때, 배운 영어는 비로소 학생 자신의 실력이 된다고 생각합니다.

기초부터 사고력과 표현력까지 비앤지는 학생 개개인의 학년과 현재 수준을 세심하게 살펴 기초 학습부터 심화 학습까지 단계적으로 지도합니다.

어휘와 문법의 기본기를 다지고, 다양한 주제의 영어 자료를 정확하게 이해하는 힘을 기르며, 내용을 요약하고 분석하는 과정을 통해 자신의 생각을 체계적으로 정리할 수 있도록 지도합니다.

단순히 많은 문제를 풀거나 진도를 빠르게 나가는 것보다, 학생이 무엇을 배우고 있는지 정확히 이해하고 그것을 스스로 활용할 수 있는가를 더욱 중요하게 생각합니다.

또한 하나의 정답을 외우는 데 그치지 않고 다양한 질문을 통해 스스로 생각하고, 근거를 찾고, 자신의 의견을 논리적으로 구성하는 연습을 이어갑니다.

이러한 과정은 영어 학업 능력뿐만 아니라 학생에게 필요한 Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, 즉 4C 역량을 함께 성장시키는 밑바탕이 됩니다.

영어를 ‘공부하는 학생’에서 영어로 ‘생각할 수 있는 학생’으로 비앤지가 지향하는 교육은 단순합니다.

Beyond Learning English: Learning to Express Your Own Ideas

Welcome to B&G English Academy.

At B&G, we believe that learning English should go beyond memorizing information and finding the correct answers on a page. Our goal is to help students develop the ability to understand, think, organize their ideas, and express those ideas clearly and logically in English.

A strong foundation in vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and writing is essential. However, we believe that true learning takes place when students can take what they have learned and make it their own.

When students begin asking themselves, “What do I think?” and “Why do I think this way?”, English becomes more than a subject to study. It becomes a valuable tool for learning, thinking, and expressing ideas.

From Strong Foundations to Critical Thinking

At B&G, each student is guided according to his or her academic level and individual learning needs.

Students build strong foundations in vocabulary and grammar, develop accurate reading comprehension, and learn to understand and analyze a wide range of English materials. Through summarizing, organizing information, and responding to meaningful questions, they gradually learn how to develop and support their own ideas.

Rather than simply completing more pages or moving through material as quickly as possible, we place greater importance on whether students truly understand what they are learning and can apply that knowledge independently.

We also encourage students to move beyond memorizing a single correct answer. They learn to consider different ideas, find supporting reasons and evidence, and organize their thoughts in a logical and meaningful way.

Through this process, students develop not only their academic English skills but also the essential 4Cs: Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity.
